easy access respectful staff high price mishandled reservation
The hotel's location provides easy access to the Haram. I found the staff to be courteous. They promptly assisted whenever I requested anything.

fantastic stay near the haram!
convenient location varied breakfast helpful staff essential service
the hotel location was super convenient with fast access to the haram. the variety in the breakfast was excellent, i especially loved the fresh pastries. i had easy access to all essential services right near the reception (it made everything so smooth!).
the entrance from the mall was a bit crowded.

the beautiful double room included four comfortable beds, more than enough space for our family (we really appreciated that!). the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout our stay.

kaaba view excellent location
i got a room with a holy kaaba view as i requested before arrival they were attentive to my request and the welcome was perfect. the location is near haram which was excellent for attending prayers frequently.
the breakfast menu had limited options and the food lacked flavor except for the egg station.

convenient masjid al haram uncooperative reception staff
the hotel's location close to the masjid al haram it proved quite convenient.
the reception experience wasnt great. the staff didnt help much and seemed uncooperative. the check-in process was long since only one person was handling it.
